Return Process

Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the provided RMA form to ensure a smooth inspection.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
- 4.Quality Check and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
